Your missions :

Under the direction of a head waiter, you will participate in setting up the service and setting the tables. During service, you will go back and forth between the kitchen and the dining room and will be the eyes of the chef in the dining room.

Your main missions:

Contribute to the preparation and smooth running of the service

Know the menu and the dishes served

Quickly analyze customer needs

CHEF DE PARTIE (H/F)

CDI - Full Time

Your main mission :

Monitor and control the implementation of the service and its smooth running in compliance with the hygiene and quality rules established by the establishment and the Chef de cuisine

Know and apply the standards of a gourmet restaurant

Participation in receiving products

Checking and cleaning workstations

Your main qualities :

Autonomy in daily tasks

Know and apply the standards of a gourmet restaurant

Demonstrate rigor and professionalism

Reacting positively to the gunshot while on duty

Know how to listen to the Chef and work according to his directives and the values of his restaurant

Pay attention to hygiene and the organization of your workstation in a kitchen open to the room
